How much is delivery?
Weekday delivery is free on orders over £85 and £6.95 on orders under £85. Saturday delivery is £8.95, or a £3.95 surcharge on orders over £85. For mainland Scotland and the Highlands and Islands, weekday delivery is free over £80 (£6.95 under) and weekend delivery is a flat £11.99. There's no minimum order. Full delivery details.
How is the meat delivered?
We pack your order in a white double-walled box with an air-infused, padded thermal liner and gel ice packs. The packaging is tested to keep the contents at a safe temperature until the end of the second day after it leaves us. DPD delivers it and sends you a 1-hour delivery window on the morning.
Where are you based?
Our butchers are at Gwindra Industrial Estate, St Stephen, St Austell, Cornwall PL26 7LE. We're an online butcher, so we deliver from Cornwall to most of the UK.
Can I choose my delivery day?
Yes. You pick your delivery day at checkout. On the morning, DPD sends a 1-hour delivery window by text or email.
Is your meat fresh or frozen?
We sell both. Each product page says whether it's fresh or frozen.
Do you deliver everywhere in the UK?
We deliver to most of the UK. A few Scottish postcodes are weekday-only or can't be reached yet; the full list is on our delivery page.
