To amend or cancel any orders, we require at least 7 days' notice before the dispatch date. Please note that changes may be subject to additional delivery charges, depending on your new preferred delivery date. These guidelines help us manage the high volume of orders and ensure the availability of fresh produce. They also support our local butchers, who work tirelessly to provide fresh, high-quality meat for your Christmas celebrations, often preparing it to order.

We aim to keep our Christmas shop open as late as possible to accommodate last-minute orders for deliveries up until December 24th. However, due to limited delivery slots and stock, the shop may close earlier than expected. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible.

Your order will be delivered by our trusted courier DPD. You will receive DPD notifications on the day of delivery with your 1 hour allocated time slot. You can also log in to the DPD app or website to track your order.

Absolutely! Our festive meats are freshly picked and packed to order, so you can safely freeze them upon arrival.

Simply check the use-by dates on your meats and stock up your freezer. Any items that can’t be frozen will be clearly labelled, so you’ll know exactly what to do.
